If a decision about your submission seems wrong

Reply to the decision email. It carries the moderator's reason in their own words; tell us what you think they missed. A different moderator will look.

If a paper here is not what it claims to be

Write to us with the paper's reference and what you believe is wrong: it is somebody else's work, it was posted without your agreement, it puts somebody at risk. We will look, and we will say what we decided.

Disagreeing with a paper's conclusions is not a complaint we can act on. This repository does not peer review, so it is in no position to rule on whether a piece of research is right. Post a response of your own and cite it.

What we will not do

Delete a paper quietly. If something comes down, its page stays and says so.
