One charge, once, after your submission has passed screening.

When you pay

Never before screening. A submission is read first; only if it passes are you asked for anything. That way nobody pays for work that is about to be handed back, and we never have to reverse a mobile money payment.

What the money is for

• The moderator's time reading your submission.
• Hosting the manuscript and its metadata.
• Keeping it available, and its link working, for the long term.
• Registering a DOI, once our membership is in place.

It does not buy acceptance. Screening happens before payment precisely so that it cannot.

How you pay

MTN Mobile Money or Orange Money. The repository launched in Cameroon and these are the rails that work here. If you are outside Cameroon and cannot pay this way, write to us before submitting.

Corrections are free

Posting a new version of a paper that is already public costs nothing. We are not going to charge you to fix a typo: a repository that does that fills up with papers nobody bothered to correct.
